5、本项目仅面向中小企业（含中型、小型、微型企业）采购。
6、本项目不接受组成联合体
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Have a construction general contracting qualification of level 3 or above in the communication engineering, and have a valid safety production license;
4. Theder's proposed project manager must have a first-level (or above) registered constructor qualification in the communication and broadcasting engineering specialty, have a valid safety production assessment certificate, and person in charge of this project is subject to the query on the website of Shanghai Building and Building Materials Industry.
5. This project only purchases for small and medium-sized enterprisesincluding medium-sized, small, and micro enterprises).
6. This project does not accept the formation of a consortium.
