（4）建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质，同时具备建筑装修装饰工程专业承包二级及其以上资质；
（5）具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
（6）拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
（7）业绩要求：无；
（8）其他要求：无。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) It must be a legal person organization established in China according to law; (4) Grade III and above qualifications for general contracting of construction projects, and Grade II and above qualifications for professional contracting of building decoration and decoration projects; (5) Having a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The person-in-charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in construction engineering, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person-in-charge of other construction projects under construction; (7) Performance requirements: None; (8) Other requirements: None.
