Brief Specification Description:This project is located in Chuansha New Town, Pudong New Area. The construction mainly involves 49 residential communities (all of which are old residential areas and early commercial housing, etc.) and the renovation of fire protection facilities in 96 centralized charging sites (including: simple sprinkler systems, video surveillance, fire smoke detectors, fireproof partition walls/boards, fire extinguishers, and the improvement of safety exits in the sites, etc.). (For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at small, medium and micro enterprises for procurement. During the review process, no price discount benefits will be applied to the products of small and medium-sized enterprises. (2) Support prison enterprises and welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as small and micro enterprises. This project belongs to the construction industry.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、持有有效的营业执照和安全生产许可证；4、具有消防设施工程专业承包二级及以上资质；5、拟派项目经理具有机电工程专业 贰 级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目经理。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. Hold valid business licenses and work safety permits; 4. Possess a Class II or above professional contracting qualification for fire protection facilities engineering; 5. The proposed project manager should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor professional qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not be concurrently serving as the project manager of any other ongoing construction project.
