5.1 投标人必须是具有独立法人资格的企业单位，具有独立承担民事责任的能力； Bidders shall be enterprises with independent legal person status and capacity to independently bear civil liabilities.

5.2 投标人必须具备印尼本地消防泵相关产品认证能力； Bidders shall be capable of obtaining relevant local product certification for fire pumps in Indonesia.

5.3 须为浪潮电子采购平台注册认证供应商； Shall be a registered and certified supplier on Inspur E-Procurement Platform.

5.4 本项目不接受联合体投标； Joint bidding is not acceptable for this project.

5.5 其他具体要求可见浪潮电子平台公告及采购文件。 Other specific requirements are specified in the announcement and procurement documents released on Inspur E-Procurement Platform.

Respondents shall submit electronic bidding documents via Inspur E-Procurement Platform (https://scs.****点击查看.com) prior to the deadline.

7.2 逾期送达的报价文件，电子采购平台将予以拒收。 Bidding documents submitted after the deadline will be rejected by the E-Procurement Platform.

7.3 项目报价开启时间为2026-11-09 19:00:00（**时间），响应人应准时参加报价活动并在线签到；未签到的视为承认报价开启记录，事后对此提出任何异议无效。 Bidding opening will commence at 19:00:00, Nov 09, 2026 (Beijing Time).
