简要规则描述：1、本工程采用工程施工总承包方式。由成交人负责包工、包料（采购人自行采购的材料和设备除外）、包工期、包质量、包安全文明施工和包协调管理、包验收通过移交的施工承包方式全面负责承包工程施工合同范围中的全部工程内容，并对工程总的工期、质量承担控制和协调责任以及合同规定的其他义务。
2 、本工程承包范围：
a、本磋商文件、工程内容清单和所附图纸中所要求、描述的工程内容和范围。
b、施工中有关的垃圾堆放及清运等工作。
c、临时水电及施工人员餐饮、住宿费用。
Brief Specification Description: 1. This project adopts the general contracting method for engineering construction. The successful bidder is responsible for contracting, supplying (excluding materials and equipment purchased by the purchaser), contracting the construction period, quality, safe and civilized construction, coordination and management, and contracting the acceptance and hand of the construction project. The successful bidder is fully responsible for all the work content in the contract scope of the construction project, and is responsible for the overall construction period and quality the project, as well as other obligations stipulated in the contract.
2. The scope of work for this project:
a. The work content and scope required and described this solicitation document, the list of engineering content and the attached drawings.
b. Garbage stacking and removal and other related work during construction.
c. Temporary water electricity and catering and accommodation expenses for construction personnel.
合同履约期限：合同签订生效之日起至质保期结束，计划施工工期：60日历天。
