简要规则描述：为川沙新镇域内18个小区（均为老旧小区以及早期商品房等），51个集中充电场所进行消防设施改造。主要工作内容为：简易喷淋系统、轻便消防水龙系统、视频监控、火灾感烟探测器、防火隔墙/板、水基灭火器，以及完善场所安全出口等。
Brief Specification Description: Fire protection facilities were renovated for 18 communities (all old communities and early commercial housing) and 51 centralized charging places in Chuansha New Town. The main work includes: simple sprinkler systems, portable fire hose systems, video surveillance, fire smoke detectors, fire partitions/boards, water-based fire extinguishers, and improving site safety exits, etc.

（4）提供依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金、近三年没有重大违法记录的书面声明；
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) The supplier should be a legal person, other organization or natural person, and have the ability to independently undertake civil affairs; (2) Have the second-level and above professional contracting qualifications for fire protection facility engineering, and a safety production license (within the validity period); (3) The proposed project manager must have the second-level and above professional registered construction engineer qualifications in mechanical and electrical engineering; (4) Provide a written statement that taxes and social security funds are paid in accordance with the law, and that there are no major illegal records in the past three years;
