（7）业绩要求：无；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); (4) Having a second level or higher qualification for professional contracting of fire protection facilities engineering; (5) Having a valid safety production license; (6) The proposed project leader shall have a second level or above registered construction engineer qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and shall not serve as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; (7) Performance requirements: none; (8) Other requirements: None.
