| 项目内容 Project Content | 为住宅小区地下电动自行车集中充电场所增设或改造火灾报警系统、应急照明及疏散指示系统和防排烟系统。火灾报警系统通过在火灾初期检测到烟雾、火焰或高温等信号，并发出警报，使得相关人员能够及时获得预警；应急照明及疏散指示系统不仅能够提高疏散效率、增强安全意识，还能应对各种突发事件，确保人员在紧急情况下能够迅速、有序地疏散。本次审价服务采购内容是按照相关项目的工程量计价规范、招投标文件、施工合同以及有关定额及说明，结合施工图纸、工程技术现场签证资料、工程材料暂定价核价单，通过现场勘察丈量，对下列项目工程量进行逐一计算，并检查综合单价的执行情况，新增项目定额子目的套用是否合理、综合单价组成中的材料价格、机械价格、人工价格是否参照相关定额标准和施工合同的规定，以此来核准工程造价，并根据以上结果出具专业审价报告，供后续审计等服务。 | |||
